Here is a collection of web proxy's for anonymity.

Anonym Proxy Anonym Proxy | Rating : It sucks with its slow speed. It is using again phProxy php script. Because it is from china, be careful while using it. Dark Proxy | Rating : This proxy is having very good surfing speed. It seems currently they have no ads of their own. It is based on phProxy php script and all the standard options are available. Other than the proxy feature, You can't see anything on the site. Live Proxy | Rating : This cgi proxy has few customization options. Ad removal option removes all pictures from the surfing pages including ads. It has many ads and have a huge background popup too. The proxy speed is average. They use nph proxy script. Sly Surf Proxy | Rating : This is a PAID web proxy. Does not offer free surfing. Msn Vip Proxy | Rating : This cgi proxy is totally useless. They have huge number of ads displayed on their home page. Their color combination is intentionally mis guiding. Actually a new user will not be able to use their proxy. They have designed this site only to get Ad Money and nothing else. Speed is average. NOT RECOMMENDED. I'm Hidden | Rating : This cgi proxy lacks the customization options. But it is pretty fast. You will have many ads on their home page. They insert ads on every page we surf too. No help is provided for beginners. No support for SSL sites. Ninja Proxy | Rating : This is another perl based cgi proxy. They have large ads displayed on home page as well as every page of surfing. They have average speed. Very few customization options are available. No support for SSL.
Platinum Proxy | Rating : They call themselves master proxy. This proxy is having descent customization options. Url encoding customization is not possible. No Ad removal option are given. A list of frequently used urls are given at the top of the page. The speed is average.
Net Sack Proxy | Rating : Another free cgi proxy with nothing special. They insert huge background popups to every page with some banners. Speed is average.
Proxy Jet | Rating : They are using the free nph proxy perl script. A few customization options are provided. They support both http and ftp but support for SSL sites. Speed is average. Nothing special to mention.
Mega Proxy free edition | Rating : It is one of the oldest and said to be biggest. Unfortunately, their free edition of proxy stinks. For demonstration purpose they have setup this free proxy which is having cripled features. It is not worth waisting your time. May be if you need paid proxy you may try them. Not recommended.
Cgi Proxy 02 | Rating : This cgi proxy has been setup using jim marshal's free cgi proxy perl script ( You can find it in Source code section. ) It is a plain vanilla proxy with no speciality. No customization options available.
Cgi Proxy | Rating : Another cgi proxy based on free phProxy script. All standard configuration options are provided. The speed is average. No Ads were there at the time of testing. In addition they provide a list of other proxies too.
IP Bounce | Rating : This proxy too is based on phProxy script. They show server load on main page which is helpful in determining whether our speed will be slow or more. I could not test it because they were down at the time of test.
Proxy Guy | Rating : Currently it is filled with Ads. It looks like an Ads forum. The options given for customization are very few but very effective. They even have an option for removing ads in websites which improves the surfing speed considerably. At the time of testing, there were no ads on the site. Probably, they dont support "https" anonymous surfing. No help is avaialble for newbee's. They were offline at the time of testing. Currently too many ads are put up on the site.
Anonycat free proxy | Rating : It seems that, these people are using there own customized version of proxy software. They are using "Anonycat 1.0.1". They provide option for converting graphics and multimedia elements to text. Similarly more advanced settings can be used for content filtering, proxy chaining and others. They are having a good proxy faq too.
MyProxySurfer | Rating : These people are using the phProxy free php script for their proxy. All the standard features of phProxy are available. No help for newbee's or any kind of support is mentioned on the site. The server is having average speed. It is a good proxy for an average user on broadband. Nothing special.
Fsurf | Rating : fsurf is using a customized proxy script. It offers the users both secure and unsecure modes for surfing. A small indicator on the home page indicates the server load which helps in determining whether to use the proxy or not in peek hours. Some quick links to popular sites are too provided. But unfortunately, no other customization option are available for the user like content filtering, ad blocking etc. The speed is good.
Indianproxy | Rating : For the first time visitor, it looks like a link forum. The page is filled with lots of links and looks cluttered. No faq or help is provided. No customization options are given for the advanced users. Speed seems to be bellow average. A real pain in A** to use this proxy.
Proxy Fox | Rating : Proxy fox is a very strange proxy. When we visited this proxy it just started with google as its default start page. A small frame at the top allows you to enter your url/website name. Some popular sites are given as in site bookmarks. No customization is possible. Try it only if you have extra time.
